great location but small room
The location offered easy access to the train station and major attractions. The breakfast experience was excellent, resembling that of a five-star hotel.
The room felt cramped compared to expectations.

The restaurant was fabulous for breakfast, we ordered fresh dishes. The view was outstanding over the garden. The location was marvellous, you can visit Church of Santa Maria Novella by walking. The property was set in a beautiful area. Thoroughly enjoyed this traditional hotel, do recommend.

Very nice little hotel with lovely restaurant & pool area. Well-located to train station and within walking distance to all the sights in central Florence.

Having a pool in the centre of Florence in August was a godsend. The fantastic views from the roof top bar was also spectacular as the sun went down

Ideal location for business and tourism in Florence. The room was spacious (booked a single but moved to a larger room at no extra cost), clean and quiet. Reception was friendly and eager to assist.
Breakfast was poor in both quality and variety. Bathroom was small (probably expected considering the age of the building), but very clean. Free internet access would have been most welcome.

The location of this hotel is very convinient - close to the railway station, to the main sights and shopping streets. The hotel is very comfortable and clean with nice design. There are two floors inside the room, so it is easy to stay with children.
The ladder inside the room crunches.

I had a lovely large room that was super comfy and well-cleaned. The bed was really nice, made for great sleep. Plus, the decor had some cool old-world charm. No major complaints, though the shower was a bit tight. Pretty good!

The swimming pool and the layout of the room, the bedroom was on a mezzanine level so it felt like a mini suite. Also the roof terrace bar gave great views over the city.
There was a damp smell in the corridors but fortunately not in the bedroom or dining room.

Nice styled and reasonably large room with large bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows. Incredible location in Florence Historic Center district short walk to the restaurant and bar, town centre and the Santa Maria Novella train station.

I liked the outdoor area. The pool area was a great place to relax in a very hot and busy city. It could have done witha bit of a tidy up though.
